| AGCC ceased its consumer hosting operations in January 2007 in order
to transition from a service provider to a content delivery provider
& software development company. |
| AGCC stopped taking new customers in November 2006 although honored
renewalls and existing contracts for existing customers whilst we
engaged in talks with several large hosting companies to ensure the
service continuation for our client base. KDA Web Services.ltd were
chosen as the host that we would sell our customer base to as they
have a long track record of excellence in uptime, speed, customer
care & infrastructure and share the same ideals as AGCC when handling
customers. |
| We then arranged a parralell transfer of customers whereby we migrated
user websites, email and SQL databases from the AGCC production servers
to the KDA network. Upon the migration switch-over, AGCC kept all
its production servers in opperation for an additional 3 weeks to
ensure that any issues could be quickly resolved by both KDA and the
end user maintaining access to the server(s) in question. AGCC then
switched the servers to a mode where they could only be accessible
by AGCC technicans for an additional 2 weeks for any final issues
before removing the servers from the data centre for re-assignment
in our content delivery platform. |

In accordance with both AGCC's privacy policy & UK data protection
law, the hard drives from the servers & customer databases were
securely stored for an additional year before being destroyed or "zero'd"
thus making the data contained irrecoverable (this took place in January
2008). This includes any email on the servers, webspace files, cpanel
configurations and database schema's and contents.
Please note that billing information is kept on file for 3 years and
thus invoices.etc are still being stored untill 2010. |

| As AGCC has destroyed any archives previously made of AGCC World
hosting accounts, we are unable to provide assistance
with domain renewalls, technical support and sales information. All
support and/ or renewall enquiries should be addressed to KDA web
services through either their online support forums, email or via
telephone. |

Any support tickets raised at AGCC will not be forwarded to KDA
and may be disgarded.
Customers also should be aware that the KDA servers are physically
housed in a seperate building to the AGCC network, individuals are
actively encouraged to not visit the AGCC data facility as access
will be denied in the interest of security and health & safety. |
